Arriving from England in 1975, Bernard utilized his extensive business experience in California by launching a small business. Although this venture proved successful, Bernard soon discovered that he possessed a talent and a passion for the field of real estate. In 1978, Bernard changed careers to focus his time, attention and energy to his interest in the real estate market.
After representing several real estate companies, both large and small, Bernard decided he could best benefit his client?s interests by opening his own business, Integrity Realty. To facilitate this end, Bernard received his Real Estate Broker License in 1986. Desiring to build upon this foundation, Bernard complemented his expertise by receiving a Certified Residential Appraiser License; and more recently, he received Mediation Certification through Pepperdine University.
Bernard prides himself upon his ability to provide excellent representation whether a client requires local representation, or desires relocation into a neighboring community.
